Account Number Part 1

The Account Number is seven (7) digits followed by “.00” and two (2) more digits. Fill in the first 7 digits above.

Account Number Part 2

The Account Number is seven (7) digits followed by “.00” and two (2) more digits. Fill in the last digits above.

Emeter Number:

The Emeter Number is eight (8) digits. The Emeter Number is printed on the meter cap and engraved on the meter.

Reading:

You should record six (6) digits for the Reading. The seventh digit is a standing “0”.
